المعلمون الأعزاء،

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله، وبعد:

فإنه يطيب لنا في مجموعة “تعلم” أن نتقدم لكل زميل منكم بأجمل التهاني وعظيم التقدير بمناسبة اليوم العالمي للمعلم.

إنما صانع الأجيال هو المعلم، وما المجتمع إلا بعض حسناته؛ فهو مهندس التفكير، وحارس الفكر، مهذب النفوس، وباعث الأمل، وشاحذ الهمم.

أنعم بمعلم دائم التعلم، يتحلى بالمرونة العقلية، ويتقبل النقد البناء، ولا يكتفي بأن يكون إيجابيًا فحسب، بل يعمل حثيثًا على بث الروح الإيجابية فيمن حوله، وتوقعاته من نفسه ومن طلابه عالية!

فلله در كل معلم قارئ ناقد، محاور بارع، يمتلك كفايات القرن الحادي والعشرين، طموح، مبادر، يرسخ عقلية التساؤل لدى طلابه، ويدربهم على التفكير الناقد، وأسلوب حل المشكلات، ويذكي روح الإبداع، ويغرس في نفوسهم العزيمة والمثابرة من أجل تحقيق أهداف تعلمهم، ومن أجل أن يكونوا قادة المستقبل!

وطوبى لكل معلم قدوة، شيمته النزاهة والأمانة، لكل معلم شغوف بعمله، رؤوف بطلابه، يأبى أن يتخلف أحدهم عن ركب المنجزين!

وحسب كل معلم مخلص- من الفضل والثناء- قول معلم البشرية الأول رسول الله- صلى الله عليه وسلم: “إن الله وملائكته، حتى النملة في جحرها، وحتى الحوت في البحر، ليصلون على معلم الناس الخير”.

وحسب المعلم منزلةً ورفعةً قول شوقي:

قـــم  لـلـــمــعـــلــم وفــــه الــتــبــــجــــــــيـــلا          كـاد المعلم أن يكون رســولًا

أعلمت أشرف أو أجل من الذي         يبني وينـشـــــئ أنـفـسًا وعـقـولًا

وختامًا، فإن يوم المعلم فرصة عظيمة تغتنمها مجموعة (تعلم)؛ لتجديد ثقتها بمعلميها، وتقدير جهودهم التي لا تقدر بثمن؛ فهم فرسان الميدان، وشركاء النجاح.

Dear teachers, greetings!

In honour of World Teachers’ Day, the “Ta’allum” group wishes to extend its warmest congratulations and deepest appreciation to all teachers. Teachers make generations, and their contributions make society thrive. Teachers nourish the minds of children, safeguard their knowledge, shape their characters, inspire ambition, and provide hope for the future. Teachers at  Ta’allum schools strive for continuous learning, are mentally flexible, accept constructive criticism, cultivate a positive mindset in their students, and always strive to improve.

Teachers at our schools are adept at reading critically and debating as well as possessing 21st-century skills. Through critical thinking and problem-solving skills, creativity, and perseverance, they cultivate future leaders.

All teachers who are role models, uphold honesty and integrity, are passionate about their work, are compassionate toward their students, and never leave anyone behind are appreciated.

The Prophet of Allah (peace be upon him) said, “Allah and His angels bless those who teach goodness.”

It is at this point that Ahmad Shawqi’s inspirational words can no longer be avoided:

                         Stand up for the teacher and glorify him.

                        He could have been a messenger

                        Who is a man of honour who deserves more respect?

                         (More than he who nurtures minds and souls?)

On Teacher’s Day, the “Ta’allum” group can show its appreciation for its teachers and reaffirm trust in them. They are champions and partners in education.
