Each year on October 5th, the Ta’allum Group joins the global community in celebrating World Teachers’ Day. Our commitment stems from our belief that teachers are the architects of the future, the builders of generations, and the heart of any educational system.

Teaching is one of the most important professions to enter, engage in, and dedicate yourself to if you have a strong sense of mission towards education. A teacher has a great deal of responsibility, which signifies a commitment to educating the next generation of leaders. The teaching profession requires patience, sincerity, and dedication in order to ensure students progress safely. The teacher is a role model for students because he or she is passionate, intellectually curious, and sensitive.

The teachers at Ta’allum Group are valued for providing quality planning and active educational practices that meet each student’s learning style and needs. It is greatly appreciated that our teachers are responsive to our students’ needs and efforts to achieve the three core outcomes: academic achievement, leadership, and values.

Teachers play a critical role in the Ta’allum Group’s forward-looking strategy, which is aspirational in its ambition to enhance opportunities for digital transformation, technology integration, and the promotion of a culture of research, well-being, and scientific excellence in schools. All stakeholders are nurtured through strong human relationships, mutual respect, and warmth in our educational programme. The result is a self-motivated, stimulating learning environment. Through our vision, mission, values, and goals, we strive to prepare well-rounded individuals and responsible citizens.

Within the Ta’allum group, the teacher’s voice is crucial. Providing the foundation for continuous improvement, they facilitate positive change. To reaffirm the trust of all stakeholders, especially parents, the role of our teachers is integral to the renewed effort to achieve Qatar National School Accreditation (QNSA) and international accreditation (WASC).

There is no greater honour and appreciation for teachers than the words of the Almighty Messenger of Allah, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), who said: “Allah, His angels, the dwellers of heaven and earth, and even the ant in its hole and the fish (in water) supplicate in favour of those who teach people knowledge.” [At-Tirmidhi].

Congratulations on Teachers’ Day and thank you from the Ta’allum Group for your hard work and dedication. With determination and persistence, you will continue to inspire and foster your students’ passion for learning with independence and a strong sense of responsibility. With Ta’allum’s motto: “Creative learners today, future leaders tomorrow,” you are inspired to become creative teachers.

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله، وبعد:

تحرص مجموعة (تعلّم)  في الخامس من أكتوبر من كلّ عام، على مشاركة أوفياء العالم في الاحتفاء بالمعلم في يومه العالميّ. ويأتي هذا الحرص من قناعة راسخة لدينا بأنّ المعلم المخلص المتحلي بالمهنية هو صانع المستقبل وباني الأجيال، وهو في القلب في أيّة منظومة تعليمية.

إن الإقبال على مهنة التعليم في حد ذاته، وقرار الاستمرار فيها، والتفاني في سبيل أدائها على أحسن ما يمكن؛ لهي من أهم المؤشرات على توافر روح رسالية عميقة. إن للمعلم رسالة عظيمة تعني الالتزام الخلقيّ تجاه جيل من قادة المستقبل الواعدين، وتعني التحلي بالصبر والعمل بإخلاص وتفان من أجل أن يمضي الطالب بأمان في رحلة تعلمه، وهي تعني أيضًا أن يتمتع المعلم بالشغف والفضول المعرفيّ ورهافة الحسّ في قوله وفعله؛ فهو القدوة والنموذج الأمثل أمام طلابه.

إنّ مجموعة (تعلّم) تضع ثقتها العالية في جميع معلميها، وتقدّر حرصهم المستمر، وعملهم الدؤوب على تطوير جودة التخطيط والممارسات التعليمية النشطة بما يلبي احتياجات الطلبة الفردية، وأنماط تعلمهم بحيث لا يُهمَل أيّ طالب. إننا نقدر استجابة فريقنا التعليميّ وسعيهم من أجل الاحتفاء بمخرجاتنا ثلاثية الأبعاد: الأكاديمية، والقيادية، والقيمية.

تؤمن مجموعة (تعلّم) بأهمية دور المعلم في التمكين لاستراتيجيتها في التغيير نحو الأفضل، وهي استراتيجية موجهة لتعزيز فرص التحول الرقمي وإدماج التكنولوجيا، ونشر ثقافة الرفاهية والبحث والتميز في المجتمع المدرسيّ. ونحن نعتقد اعتقادًا جازمًا أنّ فاعلية برنامجنا التعليميّ تمرّ عبر جسر من العلاقات الإنسانية والاحترام والدفء التي تغمر طلابنا وجميع الأطراف ذات العلاقة؛ لخلق بيئة تعليمية دائمة التحفيز وذاتية المبادرة؛ فإعداد الإنسان السويّ، والمواطن الصالح تقع في صميم رؤيتنا ورسالتها وقيمنا وأهدافنا التي نكافح من أجلها عامًا بعد عام. وتشرق آفاق تفاؤلنا وتبشّر بضمان الاتساق في مسيرتنا حين نشهد مظاهر الإخلاص والتفاني التي لا يدّخر فريقنا الأكاديمي وسعًا في سبيلها.   

  ومن المعلوم أنّ صوت المعلم في مجموعة (تعلّم) في غاية الأهمية؛ إنه شريك فعال في رحلة التغيير الإيجابيّ، وهو سر نجاح عملية التطوير المستمر. إنّ دور معلمينا أساسيّ في رحلتنا المتجددة نحو الاعتماد الوطنيّ للمدارس في دولة قطر (QNSA) والاعتماد الدوليّ (WASC). وهذا من شأنه تعزيز ثقة جميع أصحاب المصلحة، خاصة الآباء الذين يقدرون عاليًا جهود معلمينا المخلصة.

وأيّ تقدير وأجلّ منزلة للمعلّم من قوله رسول الله محمّد صلّى الله عليه وسلّم:”إنّ الله وملائكته وأهل السموات والأرضين، حتى النملة في جحرها، وحتى الحوت في البحر؛ ليصلّون على معلّمي الناس الخير”. (رواه الترمذي)

وإنّنا إذ نكرر في مجموعة (تعلّم)، تهنئتكم بيوم المعلّم، واعتزازنا بكم، وتقديرنا لعملكم الجادّ؛ لعلى ثقة بأنّكم ماضون بعزيمة وإصرار لإلهام طلابكم، وتعزيز شغفهم بالتعلم باستقلالية ومسؤولية عالية، وهم ملهَمون بشعار (تعلّم): “متعلمو اليوم، هو قادة المستقبل”.

وختامًا، فإن يوم المعلم فرصة عظيمة تغتنمها مجموعة (تعلم)؛ لتجديد ثقتها بمعلميها، وتقدير جهودهم التي لا تقدر بثمن؛ فهم فرسان الميدان، وشركاء النجاح.
